It was constructed by the Maratha Monarch, Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar in 1780 and considered as a much-revered pilgrimage site for the Hindus. Afterward, you will leave for Sarnath which is 10 km away from Varanasi. It is one of the 4 holiest places for the Buddhists.
